With over 25 years of experience, Rodill will lead PPT Solutions’ overall human resources strategy and operations including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, and employee relations.

Prior to joining PPT Solutions, Kimberly served in a variety of HR and Business Leadership roles at notable organizations such as Virgin Mobile USA, JPMorgan Chase, and most recently SAP. She also serves on the board of LUCY Outreach, a New Jersey nonprofit that offers multi-lingual, culturally sensitive services to low-income Camden County youth and young adults ages 7-25 and their families.
