Marvin brings 25+ years of experience as a customer relationship leader, most notably having spent 20+ years with IBM. He also served as the Vice President of Customer Experience for JDA TSG. His expertise includes partnering with Fortune 1000 clients to manage the execution of technology innovation, global business processes, and world-class IT infrastructures while improving bottom line results and global presence. Marvin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler where he received a BBA in Business Management. When not working, Marvin enjoys woodworking, spending time with his grandchildren and serving as a mentor to veterans through the Veterati program.
