Kevin is a Contact Center Strategist and Subject Matter Expert with over 25 years experience designing, deploying, supporting, and selling large, complex contact center solutions. He has held strategic roles at IBM, Avaya, Eventus, and most recently RingCentral. Kevin’s industry experience allows him to address customers’ needs by leveraging his technical knowledge surrounding the integration of different applications and technologies, and subsequently being able to develop and manage the implementation of end-to-end solutions that drive optimal business outcomes. Kevin is a graduate of North Carolina State University and is certified on multiple contact center platforms, including Genesys and NICE-CXone. He is also trained on Enterprise Architecture and currently holds a TOGAF 9 and ArchiMate certification through OpenGroup.
