JR joined PPT Solutions as a finance executive with 30 years of experience in multi-national corporations with a proven track record of increasing revenue and driving income across diverse industries, including software/hardware consulting, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare. JR’s broad knowledge base brings valuable insight into building and implementing high performing teams, systems, financial rigor and partnerships. More importantly, JR understands the importance of developing solutions based on truly listening, learning and understanding the objectives of a business.

Prior to joining the company, JR held numerous leadership roles at GE over his 18 years and with CitiBank as CFO and Senior Vice President where he led the business through one of its most challenging banking cycles in US history. JR gained valuable financial experience as the Global CFO for Minova, a mining support business that operated in 15 different countries.

In addition to earning an MBA in International Business from Westminster College, JR is a proud graduate of the United States Armor Officer Course and spent 7 years in the United States Army Reserves.
