Vice President, CX Solutions
Doug has over 30 years of experience enabling customers through technology and Customer Experience (CX) focused solutions. Most recently, he served as Pega Practice Director for B3 Group, Inc., where he was the lead executive responsible for their Pega Platform Center of Excellence. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Director and Pega Practice Lead for Eventus Solutions Group, where he helped shape the organization’s technology strategy, processes, and IT roadmap, enabling the delivery of business capabilities and technology resources. Doug has also previously held senior level roles in operations, technology, and CX solutions at Level 10 Enterprises, Image Tech Inc, Brigg’s Corporation.
In addition to holding a Masters of Business Administration from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from University of Iowa, Doug is a US Veteran, having proudly served in the US Army.
