Tony Shrader Named Vice President of Innovation and Automation                                                                                     

TULSA, OKLAHOMA, February 9, 2017 – PPT Solutions, a premier provider of Client-centric, performance-based Customer Experience and Business Optimization Solutions, announced today the addition of Customer Experience and Information Technology veteran Tony Shrader as Vice President of Innovation and Automation. Shrader, formerly Director of Sales Engineering at Humanify and Director/General Manager of Global Services at CyberSource, is responsible for helping organizations understand automation, assist with its implementation and maximize its many benefits. He will provide thought leadership as companies adopt automation, providing guidance and insight into automation’s broader strategic purpose.

A 25-year patented innovator in the Customer Experience industry, Shrader is well respected for his strengths serving as an intermediary between traditional IT and the business of dynamic and changing companies. Having worked with a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, United Airlines, Citibank, JP Morgan, Traveler’s Insurance and Dell, he has developed and executed strategies that align performance expectations, fuel organic growth and consistently deliver successful outcomes.  Previous to his work at CyberSource, Shrader served as Director of Contact Care Technology at MoneyGram where he provided oversight of all customer care technology platforms and led the company’s transition to the cloud, a program which saved $2.3M annually and re-wrote their customer service strategy.
