Job Description

PPT Solutions is seeking a high-caliber candidate to serve as a Trainer. The Trainer is responsible for the highest level of planning and delivery of the client’s curriculum for new and current contact center agents. The Trainer must ensure alignment with the needs of all Client departments and the training standards.

Essential Duties

  • Facilitate face to face and virtual classroom training, creating an exceptionally positive learning environment and ensuring that all agents receive direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives
  • Ensure course materials and teaching aids are distributed appropriately
  • Manage administrative records related to training, such as schedules and rosters, and communicates this information through computer systems, files, or responding to phone or email inquiries
  • Identifies and communicates errors, gaps or inaccuracies in the training materials
  • Works with our client and other third party sources to coordinate technical or professional training offerings

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of three (3) years of training experience
  • Excellent prioritization skills - very detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent judgment - you are comfortable giving feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Flexible - Willing to support the team and our customers (including weekends, nights, and holidays) going above and beyond to ensure our client’s are supported
