Job Summary

PPT Solutions is seeking a high-caliber leader to serve as a Sr. Contact Center Consultant.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and developing comprehensive contact center solutions across operations and technology.  The best candidate for this position must combine exceptional customer service, sales and account management skills. We are looking for a proven market leader who has the passion to work in a team environment and is an entrepreneur at heart. You will be the executive who will be focused on ensuring our commitments to our client(s) are being achieved as well as focus on growth of new and existing client basis.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

  • Function as a Contact Center Expert to client management and team while partnering with other PPT team members and partners to develop solutions for our clients
  • Responsible for developing ideas, solutions, and ultimately defining project phases while staying engaged throughout to ensure alignment and acceptance of solutions
  • Demonstrate post project success through success criteria, business case validation, and lessons learned
  • Oversees managing a specific client or multiple clients depending on project scope.
  • Responsible for specific P&L as well as Client growth objectives.
  • Must be able to sell to existing and external clients and a strong influencer of decisions
  • Be a major contributor to the growth of the company
  • Excellent problem solving skills, to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Play fundamental roles in key internal processes such as training, recruiting, coaching, and social corporate responsibility
  • Regularly produce presentations that demonstrate the value in work being performed while showing performance results to clients and/or senior management

Required Skills and Experience

 
  • Must have Top 5 Consultant Experience as a Sr. Manager level or higher
  • Must have a proven track record of selling in an consultant environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on behalf of clients which have turned into further growth
  • Outstanding written communications skills – Must be an expert in creating Presentations
  • Excellent problem solving skills, to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives
  • Must be able to be a high level strategist while still being able to be hands on.
  • Exceptional leadership skills are a must
